Missions Blog

I wanted to start a blog dedicated to all things missions. My heart is missions. My passion is to see all nations come to saving knowledge of His love and salvation. If people asked me that I am......what I do? I am a MISSIONARY. I want to see the WORLD and everytime I have the opportunity to travel I love it. I love to see all the peoples of the world. God is so magnificent. He has created so much variety of culture and language. I recently came back from Senegal West Africa. I was fascinated by all the traditions, culture, way  of life there that is so unique from my daily life...and YET once GOD was in the picture.....there really wasnt that much differences between Senegelase and American. WOW!!!!!!!!God is GOOD.

Also in my personal life and in our family life we sense a HUGE wave of change....God is going to ask us very shortly to STEP OUT OF THE BOAT with FULL FAITH.....and I want to prepare my heart for these future steps of faith.

This blog will contain my thoughts, my prayers, my research, my inspirations......it will also contain quotes and stories from admired missionaries and mission leaders. This blog will also be filled with spot lights on different ways people...simple people...like me...can be connected to the GREAT COMMISSION...we are all called to it and we all have a part to play. I want to help people find out their purpose in missions and be missional in their daily life.

I will have highlighted local and global mission opportunities......I will highlight and research mission conferences and resources to teach and build up missional families, churches, and individuals.

I will also try to combine my current seminary training....and as I read verses that capture the Father's mission heart....i will include those for encouragement to continue to press on to a life a missions and living for things BIGGER than ourselves...
